الانتشار البكتيري وأنماط مقاومة المضادات الحيوية لإصابات المسالك البولية لدى بعض النساء بمدينة ترهونة ، ليبيا

إلتهاب المسالك البولية (UTI) مشكلة شائعة بين النساء. تهدف هذه الدراسة لتقدير نسبة انتشارها في مدينة ترهونة، وتحديد أنواع البكتيريا المسببة ومدى مقاومتها للمضادات الحيوية لافتقار المدينة لبيانات إحصائية دقيقة.
طرق العمل: جُمعت بيانات (250) عينة من سجلات مختبرات مدينة ترهونة في الفترة من مارس 2023 إلى فبراير2024 ، اعتُبر النمو البكتيري موجباً عند بلوغ عدد المستعمرات 10^5 CFU/ml، تم تحليل البيانات لتحديد نسبة حالات النمو البكتيري الموجبة والسالبة، وتوزيع الفئات العمرية، وتوصيف العزلات البكتيرية، واختبار حساسيتها للمضادات الحيوية واختبرت الحساسية وفق معايير (CLSI).
النتائج : أظهرت النتائج أن نسبة العينات موجبة النمو بلغت 58%. كانت البكتيريا الأكثر شيوعاً هي E. coli بنسبة (54%)، تليها Staphylococcus (14%)، Klebsiella (11%)، Proteus (10%)، Pseudomonas (6%)، و Streptococcus (5%). سجلت بكتيريا E. coli مقاومة عالية جداً لمضاد Amoxicillin (96.1%) ومضاد Ampicillin (100%)، بينما أظهرت حساسية جيدة لمضاد Nitrofurantoin (73%). كانت الفئة العمرية (25-35) سنة هي الأكثر عرضة للإصابة بنسبة (38%).
الاستنتاج : الانتشار المرتفع للعدوى مع المقاومة الشديدة للمضادات التقليدية يستوجب وقف وصف العلاج بشكل عشوائي والاعتماد على اختبار الحساسية. يُعد مضاد Nitrofurantoin خياراً علاجياً فعالاً وتوصي الدراسة بمراجعة بروتوكولات العلاج الحالية لمواجهة تزايد المقاومة البكتيرية في المدينة.
