الملخص

أحدث ظهور الخوذات الذكية ثورة في إجراءات السلامة في مختلف الصناعات، لا سيما في قطاعات النفط والغاز والتعدين وقيادة الدراجات النارية. تدمج هذه الأجهزة المبتكرة تقنيات متقدمة لتعزيز سلامة المستخدم، ومراقبة الحالة الصحية، وتوفير اتصال بيانات فوري. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تصميم خوذة ذكية تعزز سلامة العمال في البيئات الصناعية الخطرة باستخدام أجهزة استشعار وتقنيات اتصال لاسلكية لمراقبة وتحليل البيانات المتعلقة بالغازات السامة ومستويات الضوضاء ودرجات الحرارة المرتفعة، وإرسال تنبيهات فورية للعمال في حالة وجود مخاطر تتعلق بالسلامة. يعتمد التحول الرقمي المستمر في هذه الصناعة، والذي يُشار إليه غالبًا باسم "النفط والغاز 4.0"، بشكل متزايد على تقنيات مثل إنترنت الأشياء والذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة لمواجهة هذه التحديات، مع التركيز بشكل أساسي على الصيانة التنبؤية وتحسين العمليات، والأهم من ذلك، سلامة العمال. تستخدم الخوذة الذكية مستشعر غاز MQ2 للكشف عن الغازات الخطرة، ووحدة GPS لتحديد الموقع الجغرافي في الوقت الفعلي، ووحدة ESP32 WiFi لإرسال البيانات مباشرة إلى هاتف ذكي أو لوحة تحكم سحابية، مما يتيح المراقبة الفورية والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ. تقوم الخوذة بإرسال تنبيهات SMS للطوارئ عبر GSM900 وبيانات مباشرة إلى هاتف ذكي أو لوحة تحكم سحابية باستخدام بروتوكولات إنترنت الأشياء مثل MQTT أو HTTP.

    Nuradeen Khalifa Fethalla: received the B.S. degree from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Elmergib University, Alkhums, Libya, and the M.Eng. degree from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, in in 2005 and 2012, respectively, and PhD degree in the Electronic and Electric Engineering Department, École de technologie supérieure, Montreal in 2019. He is currently a lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering, Elmergib University, Alkhums, Libya. His research interests include nonlinear control system, Robotics and Mechatronic systems, and control of unmanned aerial system.

    Abdulkarim A. Hudoud currently is a faculty member in the Computer and Systems Engineering Department at Azzaytuna University, Tarhuna, Libya. In 2014, he received his Master of Science degree (MSc.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering in control systems from Libyan Academy, Tripoli, Libya, In 2000. He obtained Bachelor’s degree in control systems engineering from College of Electronic Technology – Bani Walid, Libya. He has taught many courses for ten years from 2001 to 2011, in different institutes in Libya. He has published three Scientific Papers.

    Tareq N. Elgargani currently is a faculty member in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Elmergib University, Alkhums, Libya. In 2014, he received his Master of Science degree (MSc.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering in control systems from Libyan Academy, Tripoli, Libya, In 1998. He obtained Bachelor’s degree in control systems engineering from Bright Star University – BREGA, Libya. He has taught many courses for ten years from 2016 to 2025, in Elmergib University, Libya. Previously, he worked as an Engineer in GECOL Company from 2001 to 2016.

    Salem O. Abid currently is a faculty member in the Electronic and Electrical Department at Islamic Alasmarya University, Zliten, Libya. He obtained Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Engineering factuly – Al- Mergab University, Libya.
